Our founders have been in recruitment a long time, and have worked with hundreds of construction companies, most have a terrible tale of experiences with recruitment. Whether it be high-recruitment costs through agencies, or a poor choice of candidates, or the inability to recruit internally causing delays to company growth.

Here you will also find all of the candidate data related to your vacancies, allowing you to make multiple hires effortlessly.

Your recruiter will then turn their attention to attracting candidates of interest.
They have access to all of the main recruiting channels including a network of job boards, CV databases and Linkedin.

By working with Trade Talent, you will be partnered with a dedicated recruiter. They are extremely familiar with the construction industry. They understand the job roles, the qualifications, the salaries and the jargon.
